Refund policy
All items are made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at hello@sassyf.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Please note:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed when an issue is reported.
- We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal wear and tear.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
